Description
A late September summer day at Broad and Dickinson Streets in South Philly. A typical brick, marble, and limestone 1880's style Victorian. To live on Broad Street was to be a bit more prosperous. Broad Street was known as the longest straight street in the world. Generous bay windows allowed for more sunlight. Keeping those marble steps glistening and clean was a top priority. This scene reminded me of an old Saturday Evening Post or New Yorker cover.
