Description
Zig Zag refers to quick sharp turns ships had to take during WW 2 in order to avoid submarines. I used it here to refer to the composition. There is an an interesting book entitled "Mercy Row", by Harry Hallman. It goes into the darker side of North Philadelphia development and history. A tale of gangs, immigration, and blue collar life in the 20's and 30's.
