One of the best views (and there many) of Prague is from the terrace of the Lobkowitz Palace. This is located in the Castle complex on Castle Hill. While there take in a concert and great meal in the courtyard.

Thank you Francis. When I visited last September, I stayed at the Hotel Smetana. Right on the river. The building was originally a noble's palace. Mozart was an honored guest when he came to Prague for the premiere of Don Giovanni at the Estates Theater. The interior of the theater was used for the operatic sequences in the film.
