I felt the same way Denise. Even after 52 years. I took this slide in 1970. She looks a little like the late Elizabeth Taylor.

Artist's Description

When I took this photograph fifty-two years ago, I thought the face very beautiful. It haunted me. I came upon it again while cleaning out for a move. I had just read recently a book alleging that king Tutankhamen had been murdered. This has since been proven false. He suffered from a case of disease, or many of them, as a result of inbreeding. The description of burial practices in ancient Egypt were fascinating. The ancient Egyptians wrote down everything. They didn't need social media. How close is this face to the actual person? We shall never know. But the simplicity of brushstrokes suggesting hair, costume, and features shows tremendous skill.
