Description
A very famous Paris church lies at the end of this narrow Left Bank street. Sant-Soulpice. The second largest church in the city. It was constructed over an extended period in the 17th century.
It was designed in a muted Baroque style with two mismatched towers. This street gives you a cleaned up idea of what Paris was like before Baron Hausmann redesigned Paris with wide boulevards. Another connection with this church is the book "The Da Vinci Code". Also lots of mysterious connections to French Christian mysticism.
